The top Interior Design Singapore companies adept space planning and design details turn out a suave and intimate home. With dark hues, wood tones and clever design features, this regentville condominium apartment is a space that is at once intimate, liveable and easy to maintain. The designer from Weiken. com Interior Design, Justin ong, had worked along the homeowners’ brief of a unique and comfortable home. Through discussions, the project unfolded to become something more for the family – a home that panders to their day-to-day needs.

Swank and Comfort
Unlike the typical apartment layout, this one was a challenge because of its odd shape. however, Justin managed the space adeptly, creating an experience that starts from the main entrance. Close to the doorway, a series of columns had been installed in wood grain laminating to house the homeowners’ prized art collection. This leads further into the living room proper, a warm, modern space fronted by a television console in the same wood grain finish as the columns. by placing the living room setting further from the entrance, Justin made sure that the living room appears more spacious.

Modern Cooking Kitchen

Further in, the kitchen comes into view. Formerly narrow and dull, it is now fronted by a dynamic red and black counter. To achieve this, Weiken interior's Justin and his design team hacked down the wall separating the living room from the kitchen. Mosaic tiles, also in the same colour scheme, define the counter. This black-and-red theme is reiterated in the entire kitchen, complete with glossy black marble flooring. Sleek, black kitchen equipment, built into the cabinetry, were especially chosen to work with the colour palette.

CoSy Up
The warm colour scheme of the common spaces has also been extended to the bedrooms. The master bedroom bedroom takes on shades of brown and khaki, coming together as a cosy space for repose. here, the sense of intimacy is heightened with the inclusion of soft lighting, timber flooring and a series of simple furnishings. To keep things neat, the wardrobe also houses the television console, hiding within it a sophisticated entertainment system.

The attached bathroom, like the kitchen, makes use of mosaic tiles. This time, they are used to define the vanity area and give the bathroom a contemporary feel. With a light, sandy palette and a generous mirrored cabinet, the bathroom is a sanctuary that the homeowners can look forward to.
